9 Frequently Asked Questions about Chain Hoists
Chain hoists, also known as inverted chains or hanging chains, are a kind of lifting machinery used in conjunction with three wooden frames or herringbone frames. Its lifting capacity is between {{0}}.5-20 tons, and there are eight kinds of lifting capacity: 0.5, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, 3.0, 5.0, 10 and 20 tons. The lifting height depends on the length of the chain and the height of the gable, generally within 5 meters.

If the chain hoist in the process of lifting stays for a long time, the hand chain should be tied to the lifting face to prevent the self-locking failure and heavy objects from falling.

Before use, you should first check the appearance to see if the structure is complete, whether the rotating part is flexible, and whether there is an oil lamp in the oil-filled part. Prevent dry grinding, chain channeling and other undesirable phenomena during use.
Inverted chains that have been used for more than 3 months need to be disassembled, inspected, cleaned, and oiled. For faults such as missing parts, malfunctions, and structural damage, they must be repaired before they can continue to be used.
