Standard Changes In Explosion -Proof Bridge Cranes
The National Development and Reform Commission of the People's Republic of China on November 27, 2006, released on November 27, 2006, JB/T5897-2006 "Explosion-proof bridge crane" (hereinafter referred to as 2006 Standard) Formally began to implement.
This standard replaces JB/T5897--1991 "Explosion-proof bridge crane" (hereinafter referred to as the 1991 version). The 2006 version of the standard has changed a lot with the 1991 version of the standard, which is mainly manifested in the following aspects.

1. Added new content
In the 2006 version of the standard, the contents of the two chapters were compared with the 1991 version, namely Chapter 3 "Terms and Definitions" and Chapter 1 "Use and Maintenance".
In the newly added chapter 3 "terms and definitions" include the use of explosive gas environment and combustible "cases of raw dust environment and definition.
Among them, GB3836.1-200O "Part 1 of Electric Equipment for Explosive Gas Environment: General Requirements" and GB3836.14-2000 "Electric Electric Electric Electric Electric Electric Electric Electric Electric Electric Electric Electric
Electric Equipment: Classification of Dangerous Places" And define 8 "explosive gas environments".
In the GB12476.1-200o "Combustic Dust Environment Electric Equipment: Electrical Equipment 1 with shells and restricted surface temperature Section 1: Technical Requirements for Electrical Equipment" 12 "Combustic Dust Environment" and other 12.
The determination of these terms and definitions is of great significance for the production and inspection of explosion -proof bridge cranes.
For the first time in the newly added Chapter 10 "Use and Maintenance", the users of explosion -proof bridge cranes have made corresponding requirements. There are:
(1) The installation of the 15 ton overhead crane track should meet the requirements of GB/T10183, and the ground resistance cannot be greater than 4Ω.
(2) The wire rope of the 15 ton overhead crane should pay attention to maintenance and replace it in a timely manner during use.
(3) The use unit of cranes must establish a sound management system in accordance with standards to ensure that the crane can be in a good state at any time.
2. Clarify the classification of explosion -proof bridge cranes
In the "Classification and Grouping" of the 2006 version of the 2006 version of the 2006 version, it is clearly stated that "the crane will classify and group the environment of the use of its electrical equipment." The 2006 version standard stipulates the basis
The regulations of GB3836.1-2000 are divided into Class I and II electrical equipment according to the explosive gas environment; according to the regulations of GB12476.1-2000 kind.
Class I: Cranes for coal mines;
Category II: other explosive gas environments except the coal mine; crane;
Dust: Lakes for combustible dust environment.
Among them, the explosion -type "D" and the essential safety type "I" in the type II -lifter of the explosive gas environment, the Appendix B of GB3836.1-2000 is divided into IIA, IIB, IIC according to the characteristics of explosive gases.
Category with heavy machines. However, when the IIC environment contains acetylene, it should be explained in the order contract.
The flammable "Cchecies for raw dust environment are divided into two types of type A and B type B according to the ability of electrical equipment to prevent dust. Among them, type B is the" heat circulation test "requirements on the basis of type A. Essence

3. The material has changed
(1) The material of the important welding structure of the metal structure in the 2006 version of the standard is changed from the Q235 1 or 16MN required by the 1991 version to be sedated steel.
(2) In the 2006 version standard, the material requirements of the rolling wheels of the cable cable and the bumper wheel on the limit switch are changed from copper in the 1991 version to the copper in the 1991 standard.
(3) In the 2006 version standard, the material requirements of the heavy machine buffer equipment are required to be changed from rubber or polyuretin with the surface resistance in the 1991 version of the 1991 standard to the surface resistance of not more than 1gΩ.
4. Technical data changes
(1) In the 2006 version standard, the minimum angle of the rolling wire rope from the roller rope from the 1991 version was changed from 2 to 3.
(2) The rapid rise speed of the heavy machine in the 2006 version is changed from 2 to 4m/min in the 1991 version of the standard of 2 to 2 to 8m/min.
(3) The speed of the steel wire rope of the crane in the 2006 version is changed from the maximum 16m/min of the 1991 version to the maximum 28m/min.
(4) The walking speed of a heavy car car in the 2006 version is changed from the maximum 10m/min of the 1991 version to a maximum of 25m/min, but the maximum of 10m/min was when IIC.
(5) The walking speed of the heavy machine in the 2006 version of the standard is 16m/min in the 1991 version standard, and the maximum LOM/min was changed to the maximum of 25m/min at IIC, but the maximum of 16m/min at IIC was 16m/min.
5. Model representation method changes
In the 2006 version standard, the way to represent the model represented by the model 1991 Standard is required to be the explosion -proof bridge crane code QB+rated weight+crane span+working level. As a result, the explosion -proof logo of the crane is more prominent.
